Wright Partners is a commercial real estate company that, since 1998, has developed over 50 real estate projects valued at over $250 million.

Through built-to-suit development, Wright helps growing companies expand to new real estate markets, with its team of engineers getting projects done through attention to design and detail combined with relentless follow-through to completion. Some of the properties Wright Partners oversees include selected properties throughout Pennsylvania and New Jersey, including, but not limited to, Anytime Fitness, AutoZone, CVS and Patient First locations.

“With commercial real estate, every company that you have has its own entity – we needed an accounting software that could support a multi-entity environment,” shares Cortney Wright, controller and project manager at Wright Partners.

With the company fast outgrowing QuickBooks, Wright Partners turned to CompuData to find new accounting software.

CompuData helped Wright Partners move all the data from the 21 active companies it was overseeing, as well as all accounts, from QuickBooks to Sage Intacct – streamlining the process for Cortney Wright and the Wright team.

“Sage Intacct saves us time, thanks to customized reports by CompuData,” Wright reports. “Today, with Sage Intacct, we are now performing tasks in half the time – saving us at least $50,000 a year. CompuData isn’t just our technology provider they are our technology partner – they care about how our business grows and we look forward to many years of growing with them.”
